Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation
A 90-minute visit: your history, validated rating scales, and Creyos cognitive testing and MindMetrix. You leave with a clear answer in writing.

Personalized Follow-Up Care
Regular video visits with the same clinician, built around how you actually function day to day. Medication is part of the plan when it fits, and it is never the only part.
ADHD rarely travels alone. Anxiety, low mood, sleep trouble, and burnout show up alongside ADHD for many patients. They’re screened during evaluation and treated as part of your plan.
How the ADHD evaluation works
Before your visit
You complete intake forms, MindMetrix, and Creyos cognitive testing from home, on your own schedule.
The 90-minute evaluation
A structured clinical interview covering your full history. Results are not reviewed in this session — that happens at your follow-up.
Results & treatment alignment
A 30 to 45 minute visit to go through what the Creyos and MindMetrix results showed, discuss differential and co-occurring conditions, answer your questions, and decide next steps together.

This office does not provide emergency psychiatric services and is not a crisis line. If you ever feel unsafe, call 911, go to your nearest emergency department, or call or text 988.
